  Pleanty of stock, some staff helpful, however overall customer service is not a priority. For example last fall I went in to purchase wood pellets. Someone like to have trampled me getting to the service counter. The clerk at the counter saw this, said and did nothing. A second customer cut in between me and the first rude customer, again the clerk said nothing. When it was finally my turn the clerk walked away from the counter. After much effort I finally flagged down another clerk. I ordered my wood pellets, paid extra for delivery. The delivery was to be first thing the next am. It wasnt delivered first thing. It took several phone calls, on one of those calls we were told they didnt have time to make the delivery. Then i called the Manager which is the only way I was able to get the delivery I paid for. I wont buy from them again.
